The Dick Apland scholarship program was established by ACCR to honor the memory of one of the most influential men in the Chamber business.
Dick Apland is credited with creating the concept of non-dues revenue as a supplement to the financial requirements for state Chambers.
The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to individuals that are interested in attending the ASCP conference for the first time and need additional financial support to ensure their attendance.
It’s easy to submit your application for a Association of State Chamber Professionals scholarship. Just complete the form on this page and let us know little more about you. Finalists will be selected and contacted for follow up interviews from which the winner will be chosen and contacted.
